Hello all!
I am 18 years old, I’ll start college next week, I am excited and looking forward to it. I know I still have a “long” way to go because after my BA I need to go on to furthering my education in order to become a psychologist, but either way I’m glad I’m on the right track.
I have a question that I have not been able to get an answer on, I really like (love!) parapsychology, I have been buying books and reading on anything I can find on para-psychological topics, I’ve also been reading about parapsychologists and what they focus on mostly.
Obviously my major is Psychology, but I want to know what or where can I go to deepen myself into parapsychology?
It’s hard finding a school that somehow or somewhere offers at least a course in parapsychology, I live in New York City though, and I’m trying to see if there’s a place where I can at least learn more on the subject.
What do you think? Have you heard or known of such classes/places, reunions/seminars etc?
I would just really love to get more into the subject & practice, so anything that can help like a really good book you may recommend can also help me out.
I remember seeing a school in the back of MAD magazine that purported to be THE college in Western Hemisphere that provided a degree in parapsychology.

Ninel Kulagina went under the pseudonym of Nelya Mikhailova. She was born in Soviet Russia where she was honored as a hero in the Nazi Red Army during the Siege of Leningrad (September 8, 1941 – January 18, 1944). She displayed remarkable psychic abilities, including telekinesis/psychokinesis. In 1988, the Wyrick family moves into a new home, which was mysteriously abandoned by the previous owners. The family eventually realizes there’s more to the Dark Figure than just a child’s active imagination, after Heidi awakens one night with claw marks on her face; shortly after this incident, her father Andy suffers the same scratches on his side. The entire family soon grows to fear the Dark Figure, although for a long time, Heidi is the only family member who ever actually sees him.

We’re not going to point out where the evps are, you will hear a little girl twice. Let us know what you hear. We didn’t hear anything when we were there. Yes, all that stuff was there before we got there. We’ve been there many times before and never has anything been by the cabin. This time there was a camp scene. There was empty liquor bottles, an older ladder against a tree, and the stuff that you see in video. We found 3 film cameras and developed them. All were of a family, mostly at Christmas time. Not one photo was from that area. We’re not sure what meaning the photos have, yet.
