			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://i.ytimg.com/vi/QDKAUQ0aN3U/2.jpg" align="left">In partnership with 6Music, BBC Electric Proms commissioned a New Music Short in 2009, by rising director Keith McCarthy. Filmmakers were asked to submit creative ideas for short films inspired by new track &#8216;Dog Days Are Over&#8217; by Florence and the Machine. Selected from over 225 entries, Keith worked with producers at Colonel Blimp and received a production budget of just £5,000 to make his film. The result is quite amazing. </p>
